Pottery Painting
Choose your piece of pottery. It can be a goblet, flower pot, figurine, dinner plate…we have many fun and inspiring pieces to choose from.
Choose your colors, your designs, and watch your creation unfold.
When you are finished, we glaze and fire your masterpiece in our kilns.
Your creation will be ready to pick up in about a week.
Glass Fusing
Glass fusion is the melting and bonding different pieces of glass together to form interesting new patterns, textures and shapes.

If you haven’t created with glass before, please sign up for one of our monthly classes, or call ahead to make a reservation. Ages 8 and up.
Choose your glass base. We have many sizes, shapes and colors to choose from.
Layer different decorative pieces onto your base, gluing each piece to hold it in place.
Leave the piece with us, we’ll fire the piece, fusing it into one piece.
Pick up your work of art in about a week
Clay Date
Exclusively at Midnight Star Pottery, the Clay Date includes two hours of private after hours studio time, up to three pounds of clay and a wheel lesson . $135, spaces limited, reservation required.
Clay Handbuilding
Any age and ability can have fun with clay. We offer different types of clay for hand building.
We provide you clay in 1 lb increments along with tools.
Relax as you sculpt and create.
After your piece is finished, we’ll fire it in our kilns.
Once cool, you will be contacted by staff to return for the glazing
of your creation.
$20 per pound covers your clay, firing and glazing
Wheel Lessons
Wheels are available to throw your own pottery.
Great fun for ages 8 to adult.
If you have never used a wheel before, sign up for a wheel lesson through the calendar, or call us if you need special scheduling. Wheel lessons are $45 per person for up to two hours. The lesson includes hand building techniques, wheel demonstration and wheel coaching – you will make a small bowl or mug.
**Please note that long fingernails can make it very difficult (impossible) to use the pottery wheel**
