At Midnight Star Pottery, we will do what we can to help you realize your artistic vision.  All new painters are given instruction on how to use the paints, etc. Midnight Star Pottery cannot accept responsibility for pieces where guidelines have not been followed.  We will, however, offer a store credit where your pottery has been damaged in the firing process through no fault of the painter, at the discretion of Midnight Star Pottery.

Event and class refunds:  Event bookings are refundable with a cancellation up to 14 days prior to the event in the same manner as paid.  For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event, a store credit may be offered at the discretion of Midnight Star Pottery.

Birthday Party deposit refunds: Due to high demand, birthday party deposits are not refundable.  Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the party date will be offered a store credit.
